As a property owner within two-hundred feet of the subject property, you are entitled to receive notice of this hearing. The Board of Adjustment will conduct a hearing at the time and date specified above, in order to consider a variance for Babcock Locker, whose property is located at 109 9th St, Alton, Ia. The variance request is to build an addition, which does comply with the setback requirements. The Board encourages the public to attend and will receive written and oral comments from the public at this time. Written comments will be accepted at the City Office.
