NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Council of Alton, Iowa will meet at City Hall, 905 – 3rd Avenue, Alton, Iowa, on the 24th day of May, 2016 at 6:00 P.M., and will hold a public hearing on the proposed plans and specifications, form of contract, and opinion of probable cost for construction of the 2016 East Division Street Paving Improvements project. At said public hearing, any interested persons may appear and state or file objections to the proposed plans, specifications, form of contract and opinion of probable cost for this project. The City Council will consider all objections to said items and hear interested persons. Thereafter, the City Council will enter its decision on the plans, specifications, form of contract and opinion of probable cost by resolution.
